All courses take two days and include a 45-minute individual feedback session and written report, which we aim to provide within 1-2 weeks of completing the training. This will enable you to get maximum benefit from the course. We aim to help you 100% all the way.
Each course can be taken at an introductory or more advanced level, and can be given at your place of work or at a suitable conference venue.
We strongly recommend that course days are taken about a week apart. This allows you more time to digest the first day’s material and to put what you have learnt into practice on the second day. This is our way of helping you to get more from the training and to make maximum use of both the training and the individual feedback session.
The exact course programme is decided after consultation and is chosen from a range of options. A pre-course interview by phone and a written questionnaire will help us to design the course according to your precise needs.
General feedback is provided during your course in a challenging and supportive way. However, more detailed feedback about your strengths and weaknesses, and practical advice for the future, will be given in the individual feedback session.

Presentation Skills
Our trainers are expert in creating a challenging and supportive environment in which you can develop and enhance your presentation skills. After giving your own mini-presentation on the first morning, we will look at appropriate language and how to use your voice most effectively in English. This will be followed by some homework and, ideally, a few days in which to rewrite your typical presentation. When we meet again we will look at any relevant cross-cultural factors and specialist areas of concern. In the final afternoon session we will move on to hear your revised individual presentations.

Social Skills in English
The aim of this course is to improve your Social Skills in English in a range of everyday situations in which you typically do business.
Social situations – from first contact, through chats over lunch, to saying your goodbyes – are all critical, though often neglected, areas of spoken English. Their importance in daily business life should never be underestimated. Increase your proficiency in these areas and see how the good personal impression you make on your clients helps other areas of business run more smoothly. Managing conflict in meetings is far easier, and winning over difficult clients is much more likely, with the right social skills in English.
This course will provide you with the language input, cross-cultural awareness, voice skills and conversational strategies necessary in English to improve the social side of your business life.

Writing Skills in English
The aim of this course is to help you develop your English writing skills in order to write effectively in your area of work. This may include business, technology, government, science and medicine.
With the right know-how and techniques, you will
be able to communicate your specialist knowledge to a non-specialist
audience and give your documents a more professional look.
An excellent product or service may never succeed without your customers understanding how it works and its advantages over your competitors. Indeed, communicating to your exact audience is a key factor in this course.
We strongly recommend that this course be taken as 4 half-day sessions spread over 3-4 weeks. After each session you will be given a writing assignment to complete and return by email. In this way, we can provide you with individual feedback before the next session to help maximize the value you get from the course. The course can also be arranged according to your own schedule.
